Confirm the appearance and configuration
Once we receive an inquiry, we will provide a solution based on the customer's needs and confirm the details, such as the exterior color, brand logo, voltage, and other specifics.

Sheet Metal Fabrication
Once the details have been finalized, we will arrange the sheet metal to be used for the fuel dispenser's housing. Typically, the sheet metal we use is 50% thicker than industry standards to enhance the product's durability.

Electronic Component Inspection
At the same time, our technicians will test the electronic components used in the fuel dispensers to ensure they are functioning properly., the components also underwent several hours of aging tests.

Production Line Assembly
When all the components are ready, the production staff will begin assembly at the production line.Generally, we ensure delivery within the specified timeframe based on the urgency of the order.

Test Area Inspection
Once assembly is complete and the machine leaves the production line, it is transferred to the testing area, where professional inspectors check every aspect of its functionality-such as flow rate and accuracy-to ensure it meets the requirements.

Packaging
Once testing is complete, we will pack the goods in sturdy wooden crates to ensure their safety during ocean transport. The bottom of each crate will be bolted down to prevent the machinery from shifting during transit.

Shipping
Once packing is complete, we will use fast and reliable shipping companies and shipping methods, as requested by the customer, to ensure the goods are delivered safely to their destination.
