Compared with pipes made of recycled polyethylene material, the former has a more stable structure and a higher tensile strength. The service life of the LEADER ENERGY HDPE pipeline is five times that of the recycled polyethylene material pipeline, making it an ideal choice for fuel engineering.

1. Lightweight and Portable

The HDPE pipes are made of high molecular polyethylene plastic, with a density ranging from 0.94 to 0.96 g/cm³. In contrast, the density of metal pipes typically ranges from 7.8 to 4.9 g/cm³. Therefore, the weight of HDPE pipes is significantly lighter than that of metal pipes, greatly reducing the burden of transportation and handling.

2. Environmental Design and Sustainability

Due to the fact that the high-density polyethylene raw material does not contain heavy metals such as lead and cadmium as plasticizers and has extremely strong chemical inertness. Therefore, the HDPE pipeline will not react with fuels, soil acids and alkalis, and can be crushed and remolded into new recycled pipe materials, making it an ideal choice for green engineering projects.
