
LEADER ENERGY HDPE pipelines are made of PE100 grade high-density polyethylene and have an anti-seepage layer and anti-static layer inside. They are more suitable for oil pipelines, ventilation pipes, and oil vapor recovery pipelines. This type of pipe uses capacitance welding technology during welding, which can fuse pipes, fittings, and sleeves into a seamless system and prevent fuel leakage and other situations.

1. Better flexibility
Compared with steel pipes and FRP pipes, HDPE pipelines have better flexibility. The tensile strength is ≥ 30 MPa. They are less likely to deform or break when encountering slight seismic activities and other pressures. HDPE pipes are more suitable for areas with complex geological conditions.
2. Anti-seepage and barrier
These HDPE pipelines have a gasoline/ethanol permeability rate of < 0.01 g/(㎡·d), which can effectively prevent oil and gas pollution of groundwater and is compatible with different types of fuel.
